The North Tamworth Bears have secured three Group Four Rugby League grand final titles out of four games played at Jack Woolaston on Saturday afternoon.

The Bears won the first grade, ladies’ league tag and under-18s premierships as the Manilla Tigers were the only other club to win on the day, taking out the reserve grade competition.

North Tamworth’s first grade side was dominant all year and it was the same outcome in the grand final.

The Bears powered through Kootingal with a crushing 40-4 victory to win their sixth consecutive premiership.

Scott Blanch scored a double while teammates Chris Hunt, Kieran Fisher, Brock Wadwell, Jack Patterson, Shane Wadwell all scored a try each.

The Bear’s ladies’ league tag side
defeated the Dungowan Cowboys 30-14 in the grand final.

Incredibly North Tamworth’s Steph Halpin won the player of the match in her rookie season.

The Bears’ under-18s side defeated the Cowboys 22-14.

Bears’ Brayden Reid earned the man of the match award.

In the reserve grade final the Manilla Tigers scored a 22-18 win over Kootingal.

Tigers’ Abe Carney was named man of the match for his efforts.
