Nominations for the annual Lillian Hulbert Memorial prize will close on Friday at 5pm. The prize is open to Narrabri district (within 55 kilometres of the Post Office) young people between the ages of 15 and 18 who have shown outstanding achievements across a wide range of activities from sport to academia or community service. The successful nominee is awarded a substantial cash prize which is held in trust until they reach their majority. This will be the 12th year the memorial prize has been awarded. Last year Jenna Baxter was the winner.
