At about 7.40 pm last night, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service was tasked on a primary mission to Narrabri.
According to a statement by WRHS, a 16-year-old girl fell from a horse and suffered a serious shoulder injury,
She was treated on scene by ASNSW paramedics and taken by road ambulance to Narrabri Hospital to meet the helicopter.
The patient was transported to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital in a stable condition.
