Bohannan’s victory completed a remarkable day for Ison who won five races and placed either second or third in the other three.

His first win of the day was in race two when he drove the Anthony Missen-trained Mickey Ramone to victory, and he has since driven four pacers trained by Roots Junior to wins.

That’s all for now for The Courier’s live blog. More from the day including photos to come.
