Narrabri Dirt Bike Club hosted the second round of its 2021 motocross season at the Newtown Park track on Sunday.

Round two was initially scheduled for Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 9, however a lack of numbers for that date forced the committee to postpone the round for another two weeks.

There were 40 riders in attendance on Sunday and there were several local riders among the podium finishes on the day.

A full list of podium finishers from round two on Sunday is as follows:

50cc Demo:
Ollie Cale, Stella Harding, Jack Lehmann, Koby Tailby.

50cc Competitive:
First – Ebony Lehmann.

65cc 7-under-10:
First – Will Cale, second – Oliver Lehmann, third – Lewis Penberthy.

65cc 10-under-12:
First – Jahli Thompson, second – Darcy Oakes, third – Harry Redfern.

85cc 9-under-12:
First – Will Cale, second – Hunter McCauley, third – Myles Taylor.

85cc 12-under-16:
First – Lachlan Joosen, second – Sam Aitken, third – Taj Thompson.

Junior Lites:
First – Charlie Bennett, second – Matt Johnson, third – Bella Suckling.

Women:
First – Zohie Lobsey.

Veteran:
First – Lindsay Jones, second – Clinton Beeton.

MX1 A-grade:
First – Kyle Suckling.

MX1 – B-grade:
First – Colby Kilpatrick, second – Jackson Gaiero, third – Sam Rutherford.

MX1 C-grade:
First – Timothy Bliss, second – Jarrod Nolan, third – Matt Winkel.

Senior Lites:

Senior All Powers:

Riders will return to the Newtown Park track on Sunday, June 6, when Narrabri Dirt Bike Club hosts round three of its motocross season.
