Police are reappealing for public assistance to locate a Narrabri man missing from Tamworth since last month.

Alexander Schlack, aged 48, was last seen at a hospital on Dean Street, North Tamworth, about midday on Monday, May 2.

Following a number of inquiries, CCTV has revealed he was on Marius Street, Tamworth, just before 5.45pm the same day, police said.

He was reported missing to officers from Oxley Police District who commenced an investigation to locate him.

“Due to a medical condition police are concerned for Alexander’s welfare.

“Alexander is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, with brown/grey hair and unshaven.

“CCTV images depict him wearing new clothing – a light brown corduroy long sleeve shirt, black pants and a black puffer jacket.

“He is known to have connections in Agnes Water, Queensland.” Anyone who has information of his whereabouts is urged to call Narrabri Police (02) 9762-7199.
