Narrabri visitors to Moree may experience deja-vu on their next trip to the town. Moree council is planning a two week trial run of sandbags in the centre of the main street to see how tree plots would affect traffic, an experiment which was tried in Narrabri many years ago, as many will recall. Narrabri’s CBD sandbags were soon demolished by cars. It was part of the long journey which led to the CBD median strip trees.
