Maitland Street’s former Faulkner’s Cordials factory and old iceworks, built in 1891, will have a new lease of life. The historic complex will ultimately be redeveloped as a business centre, another project signifying growth in Narrabri. Work will start first on the former iceworks section. It will be business as usual for the busy Namoi Dry Cleaners which will continue to operate from the front of the main building.
