Most people, but not everyone unfortunately, has an opinion on climate change including Prince Charles. Charles has decreed that the coming Glasgow climate conference is ‘Last Chance Saloon.’ Chas was evidently having a shot at our Prime Minister, who is going to the climate conference. Maybe he should direct his commentary towards China which produces about almost 30 per cent of total global carbon dioxide emissions – almost twice that of the US. Chinese dictator Xi Jinping won’t be attending the conference but has committed China to zero emissions by 2060. Of course.
