“I was in Sydney last week and saw petrol at $1.98.8 per litre, and down to $1.63 just a few kilometres away at another suburban service station” a Topical reader reports. “Is this a new price record, a first, heading for $2 a litre for petrol? Petrol prices do seem to be a lot cheaper in the country.”
