Three teams now remain undefeated following the third round of Narrabri Touch Inc’s 2022 mixed competition, which was contested at the Cooma Oval fields on Monday evening.
Tradies and Ladies, Agies and the Tapscott Pumpers all extended their win streaks to three in round three.
Tapscott Pumpers kept their second clean sheet of the campaign as they beat Hounddogs 10-0 to become the only one of the three unbeaten sides to have played a game every week.
They have crossed for 25 tries this season while only conceding two.
Tradies and Ladies and Agies both scored their second consecutive on-field wins in round three. They were both victorious by forfeit in the first round before winning their debut outings in round two.
Tradies and Ladies are still yet to concede a try in the 2022 campaign after they defeated RSL Guys and Gals 10-0 in round three, while Agies won a much closer contest by two points as they defeated Hammer Time 8-6.
Other round three winners were Lumberjacks (and Jills), Sprayerbarn Spinouts, Witty Wizards and Win Or Booze.
The Sprayerbarn Spinouts won for the second time in three weeks when they beat TRTW 5-2.
The other three sides all recorded their first wins of the campaign.
Lumberjacks (and Jills) outscored Cougars 12-6, Witty Wizards downed Kerrigans 7-4, and Win Or Booze beat Who’s Shout 7-3.
The undefeated streaks of Hammer Time, Who’s Shout and TRTW all came to an end in round three as that trio all lost for the first time.
