Thumbs down to the owners of uncontrolled dogs roaming the streets, particularly in areas of Narrabri West but elsewhere in town. People must keep their dogs contained in their yards. Some of these pig dogs are a dangerous menace to people and I have heard reports of people being very intimidated by them and them attacking other dogs being walked by their owners. Keep your dogs at home or chained up.
