Let’s light up and share the Christmas spirit

Narrabri Lions Club and The Courier have launched the Christmas Lights Competition 2022.

Narrabri residents traditionally ‘light up’ for Christmas and the festive season with lights and decorations of all kinds adorning their homes.

And each year, Narrabri Lions and The Courier support the community’s Christmas with the Narrabri Christmas Lights Competition, a recognition of the decorating talents and festive spirit of homeowners.

Each year there are some spectacularly decorated homes and some simply decorated homes – all done with the aim of bringing more colour and celebration to the Christmas season.

Again this year, Narrabri Lions will offer a $100 cash prize for the lights display their judges decide is the most innovative and decorative – it does not have to be the most elaborate to win – and The Courier will again host the People’s Choice category with a $100 cash prize.

You can nominate your own home, a neighbour’s home, or a street address that you think has gone above and beyond in lighting up for Christmas – and maybe the home will win cash for Christmas.
