Thumbs down to the phone company for not giving notice they were upgrading the tower in Narrabri Shire leaving customers with no mobile phone service. It is a huge inconvenience which should not have been done without letting its customers know in advance so other arrangements could be made. This not only affects phones, but EFTPOS facilities as well.
