Yew bewdy! A new, unashamedly Australian domestic airline has been launched. Low-cost ‘Bonza’ is the first new Australian airline in 15 years. Three Boeing 737 jets have been ordered for Bonza, and the planes will be named ‘Sheila’, ‘Shazza’ and ‘Bazza’ – which still leaves room for other names like ‘Ocker’, ‘Little Ripper’ and ‘Oi, Oi, Oi’ as the airline grows in the busy domestic market. Bonza airlines will fly into 19 airports, including Tamworth and Newcastle.
