A strong passion for customer service has brought Kaylene Bourke to Hennessy Real Estate’s Narrabri office.
Starting with the Maitland Street team in January, Kaylene is enjoying the learning and challenges of her role as the inspections manager.
The position sees Kaylene working with landlords to ensure properties are kept in an acceptable condition and that any maintenance work is conducted in a timely manner.
“I was looking for a new challenge,” Kaylene said.
“Things are always changing in real estate. No two days are the same.
“I’m very passionate about customer service.
“I enjoy liaising with tenants and landlords, learning what’s required for the role and learning new skills.”
Kaylene works with the team in relation to property inspections and management, to ensure both property owners and tenants have a positive experience when dealing with Hennessy Real Estate.
Kaylene’s smiling face is well-known around Narrabri – the town where she has spent most of her life.
“I love Narrabri, it has the best people.
“Narrabri has that good, old country charm.
“Everybody looks after each other when things are tough and that is evident through all of the fund-raising activities we have in town.”
Kaylene has slotted in well with the Hennessy Real Estate team, working with existing staff Olivia Knox and Di Ainsworth.
“Kaylene only joined the team in January but her enthusiasm and willingness to learn is to be commended,” Hennessy Real Estate administration controller Nicole McDonald said.
“Kaylene is a valued member of the community and is very professional in her endeavours to deliver an exceptional client experience for all our clients.”
