Hennessy Real Estate boasts a new look team at its Narrabri office, ready to help you with your real estate needs.
Well-known and valued members of the Narrabri community Di Ainsworth and Kaylene Bourke recently joined Olivia Knox at the Maitland Street office.
Although new to real estate, Di and Kaylene are already proving themselves to be valued members of the Hennessy team.
Both Di and Kaylene are eager to learn and show great attention to detail.
A focus on delivering excellent customer service has been at the core for both women in their previous roles and it is a skill that is well-suited to the real estate industry.
Di joined the Hennessy team in October 2022 as a property assistant and has enjoyed assisting clients with their queries.
Her smiling face is known to many throughout the Narrabri community after calling the town home from 2001.
Taking pride in customer and client service has been at the core of Di’s work with Narrabri businesses – first at former Maitland Street retail business Liz’s Kitchen, at The Grayhound and in her previous position as an advertising consultant with The Courier.
“I believe in the town, the people and the businesses,” Di said.
“Now my focus is on getting the best outcome for our property owners and our tenants.”
Kaylene joined the Hennessy team in January and is enjoying the learning and challenges of her role as the inspections manager.
“I’m very passionate about customer service,” she said.
“I enjoy liaising with tenants and landlords, learning what’s required for the role and learning new skills.”
Kaylene’s smiling face is well-known around Narrabri – the town where she has spent most of her life.
“I love Narrabri, it has the best people,” she said.
“Narrabri has that good, old country charm.”
Di and Kaylene join property manager Olivia Knox who started her career at Narrabri Real Estate in August 2020.
When Ben Hennessy purchased Narrabri Real Estate from Stuart Southwell, Olivia joined the growing Hennessy business.
Olivia is young and enthusiastic and is keen to succeed in real estate.
Beyond property management, Olivia hopes to establish a career in real estate sales. She has completed her certificate of registration and is working towards obtaining her real estate licence.
“I’ve always had a keen interest in real estate,” Olivia said. “Every day is different. You never know what is going to happen at the end of the phone.”
Hennessy Real Estate administration controller Nicole McDonald praised the team for the skills and attributes they bring to the business.
“They are a great team and together they have what it takes to deliver an exceptional client experience,” Nicole said.
“I look forward to seeing what our Narrabri team will achieve in the future.”
Both Narrabri and Gunnedah offices work closely together so that staff are adequately trained and have the knowledge and experience to assist clients.
Olivia, Di and Kaylene are ready to help you with your real estate needs when you visit or ring the Hennessy Real Estate office in Narrabri.
