The WTC Charity Golf Tournament has a star-studded line up of sporting celebrities who have jumped on board to lend their support to the inaugural charity event.

The inaugural event will include a host of current and former rugby league legends joining teams on the green to raise funds for TIACS (This is a Conversation Starter) and local community charities.

Sporting legends who will be attending include the 2023 NRLW premiership winning Newcastle Knights captain and vice-captain, Hannah Southwell and Tamika Upton; as well as former NRL players David Gillespie, and Darryl Brohman.

These sporting legends will be playing in the tournament and will be auctioned off in a Calcutta at 9.30am prior to tee off at 11am.

Participating teams will have the opportunity to bid for and secure their own sporting celebrity.

In addition to these sporting legends participating in the tournament, teams will be playing for a generous first prize of a Gold Coast golfing getaway for three nights at Aria apartments Broadbeach with three rounds of golf at the prestigious Glades Golf Course including shared carts.

Additional prizes for second and third include a clubhouse pack containing a duffle bag, cooler bag, hat, towel and golf balls with third prize consisting of a Taylor Made golf bag and polo shirt.

If you are yet to register a team, now is the time! Registrations close Wednesday, October 18. Registration is $500 per team of four (plus a small booking fee) and includes breakfast from the Narrabri Lions Club, TradeMutt polos, golf balls and tees, a light lunch and a buffet dinner.
