Beautiful blooms were on show at the Narrabri Show Society’s annual Spring Rose and Flower Show on Saturday.
One of the organisers, Wendy McNair, said this year’s display was a great success given some of the recent weather events which have wreaked havoc with local gardens.
A steady stream of visitors came through the Narrabri Bowling Club to admire the many displays in the auditorium.
While rose numbers were particularly impacted by weather, the number of decorative entries has excelled.
Mrs McNair said organisers were also pleased to see greater entries from Narrabri care homes.
Attention now turns to the NSW Floral Art Association display which Narrabri will host next year.
