Narrabri Golf Club hosted the annual Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service Narrabri Volunteer Support Group charity day on Sunday, at which 112 golfers across 28 teams of four took part.

The event raised valuable funds for the local support group through rego fees, the raffle and generous donations, and organisers advised that it was an enjoyable day.

Results from the four-person ambrose 18-hole event are below:

Winners – Josh Campbell, Mitch Cuell, Geoff Younger and Duncan Wallace with 53.875, second – Melissa and Rod Hall, Brett Browne and Wade Foster with 55.875, third – Jye Smith, Kane Voysey, Kyle Thurston and Shannon Johnston with 56, fourth – Leisa Eather, Colin Parkes, Ken Nolan and Mark Fielder with 56.75, fifth – Pat Legg, Geoff and Will Simmonds and Travis Brazier with 57, sixth – Ryley Tout, Jayden Hall, Jacob Druce and Tom Holland with 57.875.

Nearest to pins – Josh Campbell (fifth), Jake Tester (eighth), Kurtis Ryan (12th) and Tom Britton (16th).
