Wee Waa Golf Club hosts its Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service charity day | PHOTOS

Thirty golfers lined up at the 2024 Wee Waa Golf Club Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service charity golf day on Sunday morning.

There were 10 teams that contested the three-person ambrose game, with funds raised going to a crucial cause.

The winning team included David and Greg Avery and Jim Hatton.

The runners-up were Kurt Crutcher, Luke Humphries and Ben Russell, and third place was claimed by Ty Baker, Les Ross and Jeremy Thorne.

Kerry Crutcher was the winner of the ladies’ nearest to pin, and raffle prize winners were Les Davis (first) and Sonny Imperial Hotel (second).
