Among the academic highlights were Year 11 student Samanatha Westman completing chemistry as a Year 12 student. Several students in Year 11 and 12 also completed traineeships.

“Once again though these marks do not tell the whole story,” Narrabri High School deputy principal Rozina Brodrick said.

“Students have spent hours studying, completing major works, contributing to the life of the school and the local community.

“Many have held down jobs and had to deal with situations adults would find hard to deal with. Narrabri High School is proud of each and every year 12 student, not only because of their academic success but because they are caring, kind and compassionate young adults who have the capacity to change the world for the better.”
