Narrabri Touch’s senior competition ladder leaders remained undefeated when round five of the 2025 campaign season one mixed competition was contested at the Cooma Oval fields on Monday evening.

A-grade side Sprayerbarn Spinouts had won four from four to start the season but dropped points for the first time when they were held to a 5-all draw against Hammertime.

Despite what was a positive result, Hammertime dropped from second to third after their match as Cougars overtook them on for and against difference following an 11-1 win over JWG Hounddogs.

That big win saw the Cougars climb from fourth as they also overtook Win Or Booze, who sat out with the round five bye.

Fellow winners Tradies and Ladies also jumped above Win Or Booze as they outscored Banksia Babes and Blokes 6-1 to go fourth, while Win Or Booze are now fifth after starting the round ranked third.

Round five losers JWG Hounddogs and Banksia Babes and Blokes are still sixth and seventh, respectively.

The B-grade ladder leaders KT Civil scored the largest win of the evening as they took down RSL Guys and Gals 16-2 to extend their winning start to the season to five matches.

In what was the highest-scoring round for the B-grade teams so far, the other two matches saw the RSL Pelicans beat One Hit Wonders 8-3, and Livewires defeat Touch ‘n’ Go 6-2.
