KR Property to continue high standards and personalised service in property management

KR Property will continue its well-known high standards and personalised service as it prepares to provide property management alongside real estate sales.

The move into the rental market has been years in the making, following continued requests from clients since proprietor and licensee Kim Rozendaal established the business in 2020.

“The time has come for us to expand,” Kim said.

“Over the years, we’ve had people ask when we would start to provide property management.”

After continued success across all areas of sales –residential, commercial, industrial and rural – Kim said the time is right to offer property management services in the same areas.

“For us, this is not about the quantity of homes we will offer. It’s about delivering a quality service,” Kim said. “This is also about staying true to our KR Property values (People, Passion, Purpose) and high standards.”

In addition to Puteri, the KR Property team also includes, back, Kim Rozendaal, Eden Rozendaal, front, Jenny Jones and Kodey Stanford.

With this new additional service, KR Property are delighted to welcome their new member, Puteri Marini to their team.

Puteri, who lives in Narrabri, will provide property management from the modern 12 Doody Street office and joins owner and license, Kim Rozendaal, Class 1 Real Estate and Stock and Station agent Eden Rozendaal, Class 2 Real Estate agent Jenny Jones and Class 2 Real Estate and Stock and Station agent, Kodey Stanford.

Puteri brings years of valuable property management experience and has a strong passion for delivering quality service. Her addition to the KR Property team will enhance its capabilities and support the business’s continued growth.

“I’m confident in my abilities and excited to be joining the KR Property team,” she said. “It’s reassuring to know I have the support of such a strong and dynamic group.”

Puteri said she proudly approaches property management with trust, transparency, honesty and loyalty in mind – all values that align with KR Property’s approach to a successful real estate business.

Kim said the team is excited to welcome someone who is as focused on customer service as they are.

KR Property will initially offer a limited number of spaces for rental properties to ensure both landlord and tenants receive the full benefit of the boutique-style premium service.

“We want to be able to uphold our high standards and personalised service,” Kim said.

Property management services at KR Property will officially start from April 22.
