GTS Hydraulic and Mechanical repairs are excited to announce that they will be joining the SierraTek Global team based at 10 Wee Waa Road, Narrabri from April 2025.

Glenn and Todd Stanford started GTS back in the beginning of the drought of all droughts in 2013.

The dynamic duo commenced operations with just a hose truck and a service ute, and based their operations from the family home workshop.

Operations began to increase when contracts landed with the mining sector allowed a steady flow of work to keep the team progressing and expanding.

Once the drought finally broke and rains returned, the traditional agricultural business began to flow along with the rivers and some sort of normality for the region.

GTS took the opportunity to expand their business that was now in high demand and developed a very capable team supporting the regions many and varied industries.

In 2016, GTS proudly opened their first shop in Narrabri West, which they soon outgrew in just a few years and went on to purchase their current premises at 43 Cooma Road, Narrabri.

GTS Hydraulics and Mechanical supply a wide range of services including mechanical repairs of agricultural machinery, mining specialty equipment and heavy machinery, hydraulics hoses and motors, small motors, lawn mower repairs and so much more.

The GTS team are looking forward to combining forces with the SierraTek team to provide an even more comprehensive and complete solution and service capability.

From April 2025, SierraTek Global will be the proud new owner of GTS Hydraulic and Mechanical repairs. Providing Narrabri with a very convenient one stop shop for a multitude of trades and services.

The journey of the renowned father-son duo, Glenn and Todd Stanford, is far from over and they will continue to deliver the exceptional service they have provided for the past 13 years, alongside Jamie and Annette Condon and the SierraTek Global team at the new location at 10 Wee Waa Road, Narrabri.

Jamie Condon, managing director of SierraTek Global, expressed that this is a proud and exciting moment for the company as it officially expands into mechanical and hydraulic services.

“This investment is vital for the future of our business, our customers, and the regional community,” Jamie said.

“The expertise and experience that Glenn and Todd bring to the team will be invaluable, allowing us to grow our workforce, create more local jobs and apprenticeships, and
diversify our service offerings.

“We are very excited to have Glenn and Todd join the team and integrate their amazing business into the SierraTek Group of Companies and we welcome the valued GTS customers and our existing customers to come and say g’day and continue to use our combined services for all your mechanical, hydraulic and electrical needs.”
