Nutrien Harcourts conducted a successful clearing sale at ‘Couradda’ on the Gratti Valley Road, last Saturday.
‘Couradda’ was sold several months ago, and the clearing sale completed the sale of the property for Nigel and Sue Guest.
The property has been held by the Guest family for over 70 years and is a highly regarded property, and being in close proximity to the Nandewar Ranges, offers rainfall security.
Nigel and Sue Guest have purchased a property in Narrabri and are ready for the next stage in their lives.
“It was good to see the crowd on hand, who enjoyed the picturesque setting, with about 180 people attending the sale with 120 registered buyers,” Paul Thomas said.
“There was a wide range of goods on offer, including household items, tractors, trucks, trailers, antique vehicles and lots of sundry items.”
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service catered for the sale, fundraising for this vital service.
