“You can graze anytime, anywhere with our grazing cart,” said Carlie, who has been overwhelmed by the local support since launching the new business venture.
“We had a soft start, a local family allowed us to be part of their son’s 18th birthday party, where a DIY (do it yourself) option was chosen and we’ve received nothing but positive feedback from them and their guests.
“We are lucky to have secured several more bookings in the coming months also.
“It is a privilege to be trusted and chosen to be a part of a customer’s celebration, whether it be providing freshly baked products, catering options, custom cakes and now – our brand-new grazing cart experience.
“It’s a fun, unique and interactive way to cater for an event and for guests to enjoy a smorgasbord of sweet or savoury options, or both. We’ll work with our customers, tailoring the cart’s options to meet their taste …and taste buds.”

Locals would know Anthony Gray is an experienced baker, the wholesome and mouth-wateringly good smell of his freshly baked bread has been attracting people through the Wee Waa Hot Bread’s doors for years.
“Wee Waa Hot Bread offers our grazing boxes which are very popular, but we thought that a cart would just take things to the next level,” said Carlie.
“We were inspired by the need to provide something a little bit different for Wee Waa and surrounds, and that would easily compliment other local small businesses in our region.
“We did a lot of research over the past few months and found there was nothing quite like our Gather & Graze cart.
“It is great to be able to provide a new option to customers in and around Wee Waa, but we are excited to see our cart head to other parts of the region too.
“We have even had enquiries from Newcastle, Central Coast and the Gold Coast.
“Customers can choose from traditional, sweet and savoury, sweet only, or fully customised selections, allowing guests to create their own perfect graze.
“For example, we describe the Traditional Graze option as ‘a feast for the eyes and taste buds’.
“It features an assortment of premium meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, crisp vegetables, flavourful dips and an array of freshly baked bread and crackers.
“The Sweet & Savoury option is the perfect balance of fresh and indulgent.
“The grazing selection includes an assortment of fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, premium meats, cheeses and crackers paired with a delightful range of freshly baked sweets from Wee Waa Hot Bread.
“Enjoy treats like brownie bites, mini tarts, muffins, cupcakes, and cookies – all crafted to add a touch of sweetness to your grazing experience.
“Or choose the Tailored To Your Taste option. We also offer a variety of other grazing cart and grazing box options including fruits, desserts, brunch, breakfast, kids’ grazing carts and more.
“A gourmet sandwich station, where you can build your own favourite sandwich, the list goes on.
“We can also provide freshly baked bread, rolls, muffins, croissants, and we have just purchased a brand-new Dutch pancake maker to be able to make yummy desserts or breakfast options onsite.
“We’re open to ideas and are pretty much a one-stop-shop for celebrations, we are able to provide cakes to complete an event.”
