Jim and Doreen Bruce have recently celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary.
They were married at St Cyprian’s Church in Narrabri on May 28, 1964.
The couple have raised three children Julie, Rodney and Joanne and have 10 grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
Jim and Doreen have recently retired after spending 48 years in the hospitality industry having owned and managed several hotels and motels in various locations in NSW.
They have chosen to remain in Narrabri and are now happily enjoying their new lifestyle living in their unit at The Whiddon Retirement Village in Dangar Street.
Jim and Doreen’s family have congratulated them on all of their past achievements and are proud of their 61 years together.
