ROAD maintenance crews are working across the Narrabri Shire this week, carrying out grading, signage improvements and pothole repairs on a range of local roads.
Grading work is planned for Browns Lane, Bald Hill Road, Gwabegar Road, Rangari Road, Mellburra Road and Spring Plains Road.
Signage improvements are being carried out in Narrabri, as well as on Spring Plains Road, Nowley Road and Wave Hill Road.
Patching and pothole repairs are also scheduled for Rangari Road, Old Gunnedah Road, Millie Road, Denman Street, Killarney Gap Road, Bald Hill Road, Appletrees Lane, Spring Plains Road, Pilliga Road, the Kamilaroi Highway and locations around Narrabri.
The council advises the schedule may change if weather conditions or other priorities arise.
Residents concerned about the condition of a road can lodge a maintenance request through the council’s website or contact Customer Service on 02 6799 6866 to have the matter recorded and assessed.
