Narrabri’s new Rural Fire Service facility has opened its doors for a day of family fun.
The multimillion-dollar fire control centre, one of the hubs for RFS operations in the Namoi/Gwydir area, welcomed the community to explore its modern facilities.
RFS vehicles were on display in addition to RFS drone capabilities.
Attendees were able to receive bushfire information, which served as a timely reminder with the fire danger period soon to start in the North West.
