Narrabri Rural Fire Brigade has this afternoon reported that there are two fires in Kaputar National Park running in difficult conditions.
It said crews are on hand to protect assets at Dawson’s Spring and Mt Dowe antennae facility.
These crews are being assisted by aircraft.
The fire remains within the National Park.
The National Park remains closed.
Narrabri Rural Fire Brigade is encouraging people to monitor the Fires Near Me app on your phone or computer for updates and said ‘if you see unattended fire, call 000’.
