Thumbs Up

Thumbs up to the planners who had the foresight to plant trees in Maitland Street, Narrabri.

Now they are leafing up and will make a very attractive row of greenery in what would otherwise have been a hot bitumen area.

I recall all the problems and the ‘to and froing’ that went on to get the trees in the first place there – so congratulations for sensible perseverance to the council.
