It is reassuring to know that like every other local government area, Narrabri Shire has a plan, to be triggered in the event of a serious local emergency if a serious health risk arose, such as local coronavirus infections. Health authorities would be the lead agencies in a coronavirus event, and the responses would be led by a Local Emergency Operations Controller, in our case Narrabri Police Inspector Robert Dunn, not in a police capacity, but as the lead to liaise with the agencies involved.
