Thumbs down to the poorly researched and ill conceived ‘koala protection plan’ in the State Environmental Planning Policy. The policy is full of anomalies. In this era of scrupulous data checking and accountability how come this policy was about to be launched when it is so demonstrably wrong in deciding where the koala core habitats are?
