Narrabri High School Year 12 students received their highly-anticipated HSC results today.

A number of students excelled earning multiple band six and band five awards.

Vice-captains Alexander Loder and Meagan Dampney both received band six and band fives while Alexander achieved an incredible 93.5 ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank).

Four students in total received band six results, the highest award in each subject, with Alexander earning a band six in physics, mathematics advanced and mathematics extension and a band five in PDHPE and chemistry.

Meagan received a band six in music along with Mae Harvey and Lillia Schlack-Whitehouse who also earned band sixes in music.

Meagan earned another four band fives in chemistry, industrial technology (wood), mathematics advanced and mathematics extension 1.

Another six band fives were achieved with Sara Charles earning the award in agriculture (distance education) and community and family studies.

Timothy Mirtschin received a band five in PDHPE along with Mae Harvey (mathematics advanced) and Alyssa Ford (music).

Well done to all students and their achievements in the HSC for 2020.
