Thumbs up to all the rumours about this or that business coming to Narrabri as the railway and gas projects get speed up. The perennial favourites are the big supermarkets and discount stores. It will be interesting to see what ultimately eventuates but in the meantime there is nothing like a good rumour to keep people interested. But it was interesting to read in The Courier that the property market is getting more active over the past year, with farms, commercial properties and houses changing hands.
