Thumbs up to the organisers and supporters of the CREATE Festival. This was a wonderful event and as was said, it would be fantastic if it was an annual event. There are so many talented people in the district and maybe we can spread the net wider and invite entries from across the region. All it takes is the people with the energy and commitment to stage it – and it looks like we fortunately have that in Narrabri. I am reminded also of the Music and Dramatic Society which was recalled recently. The M and D Society is surely ready to be reconstituted, it would be a great addition to our community.
