I agree with the Tuesday Thumbs Up item about the completion of the main street in Narrabri. It’s fantastic. Now for the final touches. Can these final touches involve the removal of some of the concrete slabs on the median strip and their replacement with some grass, greenery or flowers? Yes, concrete is a low maintenance material, but let’s soften the appearance of tar and cement. Many other towns have done this in their main streets and they look great.
