Wee Waa Golf Club hosted a stableford match for its weekly men’s event on Sunday which was won by Ty Baker.
Baker finished the day with an impressive round of two-under-par and 42 stableford points.
The runner-up was club president David Russell on a countback from club champion David Avery on 35 points.
The event’s pro-pin was claimed by Mark Hennessy.
This Sunday, Wee Waa Golf Club will host the Lee Davis Memorial three-person ambrose.
Thursday summer golf nine-hole ‘Pot of Gold’ begins after the long weekend. It will be played each Thursday, starting with a 5pm registration at the clubhouse.
