When a turkey is not enough. Once a roast chicken was the big Christmas dinner treat. Nowadays ‘turducken’ – turkey stuffed with duck stuffed with chicken – is the flavour of the season. Demand for turducken at Christmas is apparently booming but there is a new poultry player on the festive table now, the ‘chuckey’ – that’s a whole chicken stuffed with duck and turkey.
