The Australia Republic Movement has launched a major new push for a republic. The ARM’s aims are no doubt being helped by the Prince Andrew scandal, but meanwhile, the Buckingham Palace gift shop recently sold out of 70 pairs of $229 limited edition Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee champagne saucers within hours of them going on sale.
