Why do we still have a rabbit – the Easter bunny – as our ‘fun’ symbol of Easter? What happened to the move, which has been long accepted, that we use the Australian bilby as our ‘Easter bunny?’ I have not seen any chocolate bilbies in any of the shops leading up to Easter.
