Thumbs up to the suggestion that all vehicles should drive with their headlights on in the daytime. It would be a great road safety improvement. Some cars are so hard to see, especially those painted green, brown or other neutral colour – it’s almost camouflage. Other countries around the world mandate ‘lights on.’
