Supporting the Narrabri Shire community has been at the very core of the Rotary Club of Narrabri since it was formed almost 76 years ago.

The club actively works to support the community through local projects and donations.

In addition to its work in the Narrabri community, Rotary also supports state, national and even international initiatives, ranging from disaster appeals to the eradication of polio.

This contribution at such a broad scale saw the Rotary Club awarded runner-up Not-for-profit/Community Organisation at the recent business awards dinner.

Recent achievements include work commencing on Selina Street shelters and barbecues, helping to facilitate the Pink Up Namoi campaign, providing volunteer support at the Narrabri mass COVID vaccination clinics and its 75th anniversary celebrations earlier this year.

The club has also recently chartered the Rotaract Club of Narrabri, an organisation of young Narrabri residents aiming to make their mark, from the community to the world.
