The graduation of students who have studied through the Country Universities Centre North West is a praiseworthy event – praiseworthy of course, for the accomplished students, but also for those who came up with the CUC concept years ago and pursued it to reality. The now well-established CUC at Narrabri and Moree campuses allows people of all ages to study the course of their choice at a myriad of institutions across Australia. The great benefit of the CUC venue is that it provides a study environment with everything students need – facilities and support and the opportunity to meet like-minded people. And people can embark on a huge range of courses these days – career studies and what are called ‘recreational’ courses – the range and diversity are huge, and the opportunities are right here in Narrabri.
