An urgent search is underway in Western Australia for a tiny radioactive capsule. The capsule was lost after it was believed to have slipped through the door of a truck between Newman and Perth. People have been urged to stay away from the capsule if they see it, with authorities warning the capsule could cause radiation burns or heighten the risk of developing cancer.
