Narrabri Shire Council will hold a community barbecue at Boggabri next week.
Catered by the Boggabri Lions Club and local schools, tasty treats will be on offer to attendees.
The Boggabri community will have an opportunity to meet council staff and councillors in an informal setting.
Council will also discuss plans for the town for the year, including the Boggabri flood study, shared pathway plans as well as funding obtained through the Vickery mine extension.
The community barbecue will be held at Vickery Park on Thursday, February 9, from 3pm.
