There is no doubt hydrogen or synthetic fuelled or electric aircraft will be winging across the world and even into airports like Narrabri in the future as airlines aim to go ‘green’. Airlines have evidently set a zero emissions target of 2050. Meanwhile, international carriers are doing their bit by eliminating paper from their cockpits, urging passengers to take a train over short distances in one case and in another, recycling old flight attendants’ uniforms into upholstery.
