Thumbs up to our rail service. We came back to Narrabri on the Explorer last week from Newcastle and had a great trip. Train is the only way to travel. We experienced friendly staff and a comfortable and relaxing trip. However, there was a loud cacophony of squeaks and groans from the carriage (not the passengers) which could be improved with some grease maybe.
