The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance at around 11am on Sunday on an urgent inter-hospital transfer from Narrabri Hospital to John Hunter Hospital.
The helicopter critical care medical team stabilised a woman in her 40s who was suffering from a serious cardiac condition before airlifting her to Newcastle for specialist treatment.
Early on Tuesday morning, NSW Ambulance tasked the Westpac Rescue Helicopter to assist with a medical transfer at the Narrabri Hospital.
A man in his 60s who was suffering from a medical condition was treated before being airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
